Trellis Real Estate Development Team presented to the Colter Street Block Watch the preliminary development plans for a group of townhomes on W. Colter Street in central Phoenix. The neighbors were fully engaged and provided positive feedback about the redevelopment of infill that would provide 20 unit town homes ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms at 1400 to 1800 square feet. These homes will include a parking garage as well as common area parking. The project is in the predevelopment stage and plans for construction are scheduled for mid-2018.
