AZ Gives Day!

Trellis is participating in AZ Gives Day 2022 on April 5^th noon – April 6^th noon!

Arizona Gives Day is a statewide 24-hour annual giving movement uniting nonprofits, big and small, to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Arizona through online giving. The event helps raise awareness about the critical role Arizona nonprofits play in our communities and inspires people to give generously creating a thriving and stronger Arizona for all.

Now, more than ever, Trellis needs your support for the important work of helping marginalized communities achieve generational wealth through homeownership. The lack of affordable housing, shrinking inventory, and rising interest rates only perpetuates the strain on low- and moderate-income individuals and families and it makes the American dream further in the distance and less attainable.  Our mission is for everyone to be able to have a home no matter your socio-economic background, race, or gender and through our programs we provide a pathway to homeownership. Trellis takes a prescriptive and proactive approach to affordable housing for underserved populations through education, lending, and building. In nearly 47 years, we have created nearly 4000 first time home buyers!

Early giving begins March 15^th where donors can make early donations by visiting the Arizona Gives Day website at AzGives.org and donate immediately by selecting the “Today” button at checkout. Donors also can donate during a specific block of time on Arizona Gives Day to help a nonprofit win a “Power Hour” prize or earn additional funds from the prize pool when donating on April 5 and 6.

Help Trellis be in the running for more than $180,000 in prize pool incentives (116 prizes) will be distributed based on certain categories from random drawings during the 24-hour period.
