Today is a sad day at Trellis as we say goodbye to Laura Moreno Santos. This is Laura’s last day as a temporary employee and Case Worker Assistant.
As a temporary worker at Trellis, Laura helped process numerous applications for the Covid-19 Phoenix Cares Grant by helping gather client documents and approval letters. She was our main customer service representative for this program by helping answer client inquiries through our designated program email address and phone line. Laura was also a daily mail runner and miscellaneous office helper.
Favorite Trellis Moment
Laura’s favorite part about working for Trellis was the opportunity to speak to so people in need and help them during these challenging times. She states that she was so honored to have made a tiny contribution to such an important cause. She is also grateful for the opportunity to have met some of the most amazing people at this company, as well. I would love to come back and visit Trellis someday when the world has a better handle on Covid-19 and see what it is like to have everyone in the office.
Fun Facts About Laura
Laura’s fun fact is that she loves spending time outdoors, hiking with her husband, as well as going on walks around her neighborhood during this quarantine.
