Autumn Grooms, DPA

I am a public and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in community development, public administration, and strategic fundraising. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong partnerships, developing high-impact programs, and increasing access to resources for communities that need them most. My work has included leading grant initiatives, strengthening donor and partner engagement, and driving projects that improve housing stability, financial wellbeing, and overall community health.

In 2025, I joined Trellis as the Director of Resource Development and Communications. In this role, I’m committed to expanding Trellis’ reach through data-informed fundraising strategies, meaningful storytelling, and collaborative community relationships. I’m proud to support an organization with a 50-year legacy of helping Arizona families achieve financial security and sustainable homeownership.

I am a Wisconsin-native and enjoy spending free time with my son and hiking with our two dogs.
