I was promoted to Director of Real Estate Development in 2021 after joining Trellis in 2017 as a Development Manager. I am responsible for all of Trellis’ real estate ventures and directly oversee the daily operation of the RED department and staff. I hold a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from ASU. I approach each project with an inherent focus on risk vs. reward as it relates to decision making, strategic planning, valuations, and financial analysis.
Known for stand-out understanding of the entire real estate development lifecycle from initial valuation/feasibility study to community diversity, market analysis, engineering/construction, permitting/zoning, and stabilized occupancy, I am considered a Real Estate Development and acquisitions expert with an exceptional grasp of risk management backed by expertise in cradle to grave development and years of experience in market research, investment proposal development, and land development. I have been a resident of Arizona since 2000.
