Trellis is proud to announce the appointment of Brenda Lopez as our permanent President and CEO, effective January 1, 2025.
Brenda has been a dedicated leader at Trellis for over a decade, previously serving as Chief Homeownership Officer and most recently as Interim President and CEO since July 2024. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in expanding homebuyer education, financial counseling, and down payment assistance programs—helping thousands of Phoenix families achieve their dream of homeownership.
Under her leadership, Trellis has:
🏡 Assisted 120+ new homeowners through the Arizona is Home program.
🏡 Launched plans to build affordable homes in the Garfield neighborhood.
🏡 Prepared to break ground on a multi-family housing project in Edison-Eastlake Park.
We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to Brenda’s leadership in furthering our mission of making homeownership accessible and affordable for all.
