Please join us in congratulating LISC Phoenix Executive Director Terry Benelli on being appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Los Angeles Branch Board of Directors.
Terry, as well as everyone at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), has been a valued partner of Trellis and instrumental in enabling us to help provide the most vulnerable and underserved in Phoenix with financial education, affordable housing, and flexible mortgage loan and down payment assistance programs and other community development initiatives.
Since 1993, LISC has assisted Trellis to fund projects such as the McDowell Road “Miracle Mile” revitalization and the building of new affordable communities. The generosity of LISC has also helped to increase our capacity through hiring essential staff.
All of us at Trellis wish Terry all the best in her new appointment and thank her and LISC for all that they continue to do for us and the members of our community.
