Women Leaders Changing the World 
Empowering people to TAKE THE LEAD in their lives, in their financial planning and in their future homeownership dreams is at the core of our Trellis mission. We are proud to support our own internal leaders in empowering their impact on our community. Congratulations to Brenda Lopez, Trellis Director of Homeownership on her completion of a 6 month Leadership Program for Women in non-profit organizations in Arizona. Brenda was selected among hundreds of nominees to be part of the program entitled “50 Women Can Change the World”. The leadership program, championed by Gloria Feldt, Co-founder and President of Take The Lead is the first of it’s kind in the State of Arizona. Topics included in this leadership curriculum are themes such as Leading Change, Action with Intention, Standing in Your Power…..among many others. Alongside her Directorship at Trellis, Brenda is also a certified NCLR Homeownership Network Learning Alliance Instructor on the topics of home counseling and home counseling management. When invited on stage to receive her graduation plaque and share her 1 word, she chose “Confident”. We are proud to support Brenda Lopez and her team in their future leadership endeavors, guiding clients towards their goals with confidence.
