BBVA Compass awarded Trellis $150,000 as part of their 2014-2015 CDFI grant program in support of our Sustainable Homeownership Project (SHOP) and specifically the Lending Expansion Initiative.
Their support will enable us to:
- Expand capacity and access to affordable loan products
- Implement new loan origination software to support our new Client Management System
- Market new loan products under our new rebranding
