Accounting Specialist
The Accounting Specialists primary responsibilities include processing payroll, preparing accounts payable batches and processing checks; preparing accounts receivable invoices; recording cash receipts and cash disbursements to the appropriate general ledger accounts and reconciling various general ledger accounts; monitoring bank account activity and preparing wire transfers; and working with the Controller/CFO to maintain the general ledger. This position will require the ability to exercise independent judgment. The position sometimes requires additional hours beyond a regular 40-hour work week to meet project deadlines.
Office Coordinator
The coordinator supports the Director of Business Operations in the implementation of all Operational and Administrative Functions. The position requires a professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, and display time management. The Office Coordinator must possess a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and strong computer skills.
Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager leads implementation of all general ledger, accounting systems, financial reporting, forecasts and compliance requirements ensuring the accuracy, reliability and integrity of Trellis’ Financial Operations and Business and Program Strategies.
Homeownership Advisor/Financial Coach
The Homewnership Advisor/Financial Coach provides individualized counseling and education services to Trellis clients and leadership to the Homeownership Center. The Homeownership Advisor/Financial Coach will assist the Chief Homeownership Officer with training for team members and clients and prepare various management reports as assigned. The Homeownership Advisor/Financial Coach uses independent judgment and discretion to determine the customer’s options for homeownership and home preservation.
Client Services Representative
The Client Services Representative (CSR) is the primary contact between Trellis and external customers to ensure client satisfaction for the services being provided by the organization. The Client Services Representative will also provide administrative support for the Homeownership Center which includes the Counseling & Education, Lending, and Realty lines of business.
