Our Real Estate Development team is moving along on Montaña Bella. The development is building pad certified — so the good ol’ ground is ready to support the new structures.
Here’s are some other quick checklist items that are underway:
- Grading…complete
- Concrete and foundation: about 70% done
- Plumbing groundwork… check!
- Framing work…is in the works!
As a reminder, these new homes will provide affordable, energy efficient options and will be offered with multigenerational options including plans with two master suites and private suites with separate entrances. Each is fully accessible for persons with disabilities, including zero-clearance steps, wider door and hallways and conveniently located electrical outlets.
